   Daniel Crowley has been a promoter of Cost of Quality for over 10 years and is the QA Manager for IDX-Seattle, one of the largest healthcare information systems companies in the USA. He has worked as a quality-engineering consultant for over 20 years throughout the United States. Daniel has a BS in Computer Science and Business Administration and has completed graduate studies in Data Communications. He was an examiner for the Washington State Quality Award and has taught Information Systems topics at several colleges for 10 years. He also published many quality-related articles in his own column in the Kitsap (Washington) Business Journal. Daniel has worked as a quality engineer in aerospace, manufacturing, small business, financial, insurance and healthcare industries.
