Jocelyn Elise Crowley is a researcher and professor at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey that is interested in obtaining information about your involvement in the fatherhood movement and parental rights in general.The aim of this project is to understand how FACE and similar organizations help parents achieve the goals that they desire in their family lives.This part of the project requires that she, as the researcher, interview you for one hour by telephone on a variety of issues related to fathers and parental rights.All statements that you make will be confidential; nothing in the research results will be attributed to you personally.The only qualification is that you currently are an active member of FACE or another fathers' or parents' rights group (attend meetings every so often, etc.).

Jocelyn Crowley, Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Political Science at Rutgers University, will author a book on fathers' rights groups in the United States that examines their membership, leadership, goals, and success in improving relations between fathers and children.Using interviews with 158 individuals and observational analyses of eight different groups, Crowley will investigate the men who belong to these groups, the ways they became involved in the father's rights cause, and the public policy goals they are promoting.
