   JOANNE CROWLEY, CRM/NS TRC consulting partner Joanne Crowley brings over 20 years of experience in management, project management and consulting to her engagements. She built and managed a 54-person information management team, providing deadline intensive document management services and mission critical information in a technologically complex business environment. She has worked with the leading document management software products and is an expert in document management processes and records management regulatory requirements. Her background includes expertise in implementing business process improvement initiatives as well as information management system design, development, testing and implementation. She has also performed a number of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance audits.
   
   Joanne was the chief consultant for verification and validation of the data and image migration of five facilities into a single Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system. She was the Project Manager, performing complete hands-on management of the full EDMS procurement, installation and implementation cycle, of a $7 million EDMS project within a highly regulated, distributed business environment. She brought her EDMS project management experience to her User Advocate role on a subsequent EDMS project where she advised system owners in the areas of EDMS technology, planning, design, testing and training. She represented the user community to the technical development team to ensure correctly interpreted requirements and developed the test plan and test scripts used to confirm final approval of system functionality and data integrity. She is currently the Technical Lead on a major five-site process realignment and EDMS system implementation effort where she is providing technical guidance to project personnel on all document management process activities and systems-related tasks including the purchase of a new software product as well as development and conversion services.
   
   Joanne has a BS degree in management from Silver Lake College. She is a certified records manager and holds certifications from the Institute of Configuration Management as well as Tulane University School of Law in Excellence in Corporate Governance (Sarbanes-Oxley).
