Gillian Crowley, A.B.C., M.A., started Clarion Communications in 1991 following a fifteen-year career teaching business communications to adults.Originally a freelance writer-editor, Gillian now is an Accredited Business Communicator who assists clients with issues management and communications planning, including the research and evaluation aspects of communication projects.
Gillian is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and a past director on the local chapter's board.As a life-long learner, she has completed a number of communications-related courses, the most recent a management course in community relations from the University of Calgary.
Her focus is on timely, honest communication, a keystone for building an organization's long-term reputation.
