   David Crowell , the director of marketing for Perimeter Technology , explains that many of the companies using Centrex systems aren't in a rush to work with the Internet. A lot of our customers aren't as quick to grasp Internet technologies , he says.    VU-ACD/100 also comes with Seagate Software's Crystal Reports and includes 88 report templates for your call center's historical data. You can license VU-ACD/100 with or without Net-Vu Internet ACD for $7 , 700 for a call center with 20 agents.
