   Cheryl Crowell has worked professionally in the field of massage for the last 19 years. In this time she has practised as a therapist and run various training courses and workshops incorporating her experience in personal development, yoga and meditation.
   
   Cheryl works with the knowledge and understanding of energy flows and emotional blocks throughout the body and incorporates the art of relaxation and spiritual awareness into her teaching. Her aim is to care and nourish both the outer and inner body.
   
   Cheryl limits the number of students which enables her to give individual attention and encourage her students to develop a positive attitude towards massage as a healing artl.
   
   Cheryl is an accredited member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society. She has a Diploma in Remedial Massage and Beauty Culture and specialises in Deep Tissue Muscle Therapy and Aromatherapy.
