   Shaun joined ELBA in January 2004 then as ELBA's Health Programme Manager, bringing with him detailed knowledge of health issues, health policy and NHS structures as well as the confidence of the local health community.Having devised and managed a number of successful mentoring programmes for GPs and Senior NHS Managers over the past few years, it is Shaun's task in 2007 to expand ELBA's outreach to new NHS audiences and to engage the private sector in a major collaborative push towards a fitter and healthier East London.He is also responsible for formalising ELBA's PR function and generally overseeing how ELBA communicates with external audiences.

   In his first full year at ELBA, Shaun established thirty-five mentoring relationships supporting a total of fifty-three local GPs and Practice Managers; extended mentoring to ten Senior NHS Managers and set up a wide-range of targeted business support working in partnership with local NHS Trusts and community health organisations.
