Member of Mesirow Financial's Executive Committee. Previously, Managing Director of an independent investment advisory firm, where he directed the firm's discretionary money management subsidiary. Formerly a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and a member of Morgan Stanley Equity and Fixed Income's Operating Committee and Chief Operating Officer of MSAM/Chicago with overall responsibility for the firm's Large Cap, Small Cap and Value Balanced portfolios. Also a Senior Vice President and Midwestern Regional manager for Callan Associates, a large privately held investment management consulting firm. Received his BA and MBA from Western Michigan University.
