   Bernard J. Crowe – Mr. Crowe joined GreyStone in 1992 to help establish the Commercial Business Unit , and has served as Vice President , Commercial Systems since that time. Throughout this period he has directed the growth of the Commercial Business Unit , developed a critical business base in digital entertainment products and the technologies to support it , and led business development initiatives in the areas of virtual advertising and health care. He has also lead GreyStone's strategic planning for commercial business and provided material support for the Company's transition to a publicly traded entity. From 1990 to 1992 Mr. Crowe was Vice President at Ball Corporation , Systems Engineering Division located in San Diego , California where he managed a $ 20M business base and led that company's diversification to become a provider of products for both military and commercial customers. At TRACOR Flight Systems , Inc. , from 1975 to 1990 , Mr. Crowe was actively involved in the development of real-time interactive simulation products and artificial intelligence technology. From July 1997 he was Director of the Simulation Products Department , leading a staff of more than 20 engineers in developing real-time simulation products for both U.S. and foreign military customers. Mr. Crowe holds a B.Sc. in aeronautical engineering from London University and completed his postgraduate studies in systems engineering at Salford University , UK and at Virginia Polytechnic Institute , Blacksburg , VA.
