   Rod has worked in the Information Technology industry for 12 years in a variety of management, project management, technical and consulting roles. Rod is the founder of OpsCentre - his key objective being to build a market-leading information technology consulting business, which serves the needs of a diverse client base throughout the Asia Pacific region. His aim is to develop long-term partnership relationships with the Company's clients, ensuring that they improve the efficiency and profitability of their business operations through the effective use of Information Technology. Throughout his career, Rod has been responsible for the successful management of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction. From his roles as a consultant, support manager and project manager, Rod has developed an excellent understanding of customer needs and how to provide exceptional customer service. Rod has undertaken extensive overseas consulting assignments in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, New Zealand, Europe and the USA. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Studies from Brighton University in the UK.
