   Patricia Crow, RN, BSN, CHCQM
   
   Patricia Crow has been a registered nurse since 1968 and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1980. Her clinical background is varied and includes hospital experience in Pediatrics, Neonatal Intensive Care, Surgery, Critical Care and Open Heart. Ms. Crow also spent several years working in Home Health Care.
   
   Ms. Crow left the hospital to work as an Independent Contractor, traveling to hospitals throughout Florida and West Virginia representing third-party payers in auditing of hospital bills and medical records to resolve billing/ documentation inconsistencies.
   
   In 1995 Ms Crow accepted a position with Humana Healthcare as a Quality Improvement Specialist. During that time she earned her certification in Health Care Quality and Management (CHCQM) from the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP).
   
   The opportunity to combine her medical background and longtime interest in medical-legal defense presented itself several years ago when she was hired as a Nurse Paralegal for the Firm.
