   Katherine manages all aspects of the San Diego HIV Funding Collaborative, in addition to managing board and discretionary grants for Alliance Healthcare Foundation.She is a member of the San Diego HIV Prevention Community Planning Board and the board's Continuum of Care and Prevention Strategies and Evaluation subcommittees.She is also a member of the San Diego Neighborhood Funders and the Meth Services Planning Group.
   
   Katherine formerly worked as a grant writer for a nonprofit behavioral health organization in San Diego and as a program manager at an HIV/AIDS service organization in San Antonio, Texas.She received her master's degree in public administration from San Diego State University and her bachelor's degree in sociology and psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
