   Jon Crow, Regional Purchasing Manager for Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center, has been named the Interim Administrator at Landmann-Jungman Memorial Hospital in Scotland.
   
   Crow replaces Phil Hibnick who left the position to in early June to seek other opportunities.
   ...
   Crow has been at McKennan for the past seven years in various areas, most recently working with the networks and affiliations. Crow has his bachelors degree from South Dakota State University and Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of South Dakota.
