LN Education Foundation and Voice Application Development, Inc.. In his free time, Mr. Crow is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys coaching Little League Baseball. Mr. Crow resides in South Carolina.

   Edwin Crow has over fifteen years experience in the sale and delivery of mission critical solutions to utilities, call centers and manufacturing clients. Mr.Crow has received numerous awards for successfully taking new products and breakthrough technologies to market.
   
   Prior to founding Voice Application Development, Mr.Crow was responsible for sales in North America and the United Kingdom for Energy and Financial markets with the speech technology firm, Conita Technologies. In 2002 Conita Technologies and it's Intellectual Property was aquired by Avaya. Mr.Crow also served as Regional Manager for SCT Energy, Utilities & Communications market business unit (recently aquired by Indus) in Columbia, South Carolina. At SCT, Mr.Crow was instrumental in taking SCT's first Customer Management outsourcing offer to the Energy Market in North America. During his tenure with SCT EUC, the number of employees grew from 120 to over 600, while revenues grew from under $10M to over $100M.
   
   Mr.Crow specializes in developing and delivering simplified geometric strategies for delivering complex technology solutions to the US Energy and Call Center market. Mr.Crow credits his "commitment to client's achieving a return on investment from newly implemented systems through client and customer usability" as a primary reason for his company's success.
   
   Mr. Crow received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Clemson University.
