   Donald Crow, chief executive officer of the Visiting Nurse Association of Florida, joined the agency 1988 as chief financial officer.He served in that capacity, was then promoted to administrator, and in 1998 was selected by the Board of Directors as chief executive officer.
   
   Under Crow's leadership, the organization has grown from serving three Florida east coast counties to serving patients in 16 counties throughout Florida. -
   
   Crow's experience includes banking, finance and home health consulting.He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Florida State University.
   
   Crow is active in the Treasure Coast Executive Committee, which is a committee of chief executive officers mutually sharing expertise, experience and talent for the purpose of personal and professional growth.
