   Tom Crouse 44, has been a Pastor since 1990.He began as an Assistant Pastor at Faith Bible Church.After three years there he took the Pastorate at Holland Congregational Church, a tiny liberal church of 20.Tom went in and preached the Word of God, and God through the preaching and teaching of His Word has grown the church to 400 people since 1993.Tom is now the Senior Pastor of the Holland Congregational Church and leads a multi-pastor staff.The church is now a Bible believing church whose mission statement reads;
   
   "By God's grace the passion for His glory would increase in the lives of His people through the preaching and teaching of and faithfulness to His Word."
   
   Tom is the author of the recently released book "Don't Strike the Rock".He also is a talk show host of "Engaging Your World", a one hour live call in talk show heard daily on 760 am WVNE in Worcester Ma., as well as throughout New England on the weekend show.Tom has spoken around the world at pastors conferences, seminars, and churches.Outside of ministry experience Tom has been the VP of marketing and conducted business opportunities seminars around the country in the 1980's.He has hosted a bowling television show as well as announced professional boxing matches, and various other sporting events.He has been a sales manager and has worked in sales in a variety of industries, and has also been a marketing consultant to different businesses.He has been married to Cheryl since 1985 and they have three great children; Nick, Tina & Joel, all who are in music ministry.Tom's passion is to preach the truth of Gods Word and see His church become the God centered church He has called us to be!

   Tom Crouse, pastor of the Holland Congregational Church in Massachusetts and radio show host, testified about his personal tale of persecution, recounting a "Mr.Heterosexual 2006 , A Celebration of God's Design" event he organized in response to a "Mr.Gay 2005" competition in San Diego.Crouse sued the city of Worcester for making him pay more than $6,000 for police protection for the event, saying it violated his constitutional right to free speech.While refreshingly admitting that it was somewhat disingenuous for panelists to be talking of "persecution" in light of actual religious persecution around the world, Crouse nonetheless stated that Jesus warned Christians that they would be persecuted for their beliefs and thus, such persecution was actually a blessing.In fact, Crouse suggested, if Christians are not being persecuted, they ought to ask themselves if they are living their faith properly.Crouse's "Mr.Heterosexual" event was designed, he said, to proclaim the truth that God doesn't make homosexuals and that everyone is born heterosexual, but some choose to pretend otherwise.Crouse called on the church to stop worrying about appearing tolerant and start proclaiming the truth, saying that Jesus was the most intolerant person in the world.

   Tom Crouse is the Senior Pastor of our church since 1993.He graduated from Seminary of the East in Worcester Ma. in 1994 with a M.Div. equiv.
   
   As a part of his ministry he had opportunity to preach at conferences in the United States and around in places like Africa, Trinidad, Haiti and Colombia.
   
   Tom has been married to his wife Cheryl since 1985 and they have three children . Nicholas, Tina & Joel.
