   Jay Crouse is Director of Episcopal Men's Ministries in the Diocese of SW Florida. He was named the first to fill this position in 1999. Jay worked for 25 years as a business owner in the private sector. He has been a member of Church of the Redeemer in Sarasota since 1988. For the past 15 years, Jay has been a lay leader in men's ministry at the parish, diocesan, state and national levels. He founded the Men's Ministry at Redeemer and developed the annual diocesan men's retreat, "Building God's Kingdom - Man to Man". Jay has served on the statewide steering committee of Promise Keepers and serves on the Executive Committee of the National Association of Denominational Men's Ministry Leaders.
