He provided operational and financial models in support of the out of court restructuring for a large timber processing business. At a manufacturing company supplying appliance makers, he led the efforts at one plant through a Chapter 11 filing and successful 363 sale to a strategic buyer. He led the financial analysis for a successful out of court restructuring for an aerospace supplier. For a healthcare products client, he coordinated activities for a worldwide cost reduction initiative yielding a payback in 6 months and a 10x return overall.
Mr. Crouse,s sales and marketing and revenue growth efforts include spearheading the development of new business offerings of products and services. He provided operational due diligence for a $4.5 billion hedge fund in their acquisition of a worldwide helicopter manufacturer. After the completion of the purchase, he led the team that developed demonstrator aircraft for a $3 billion US Army contract competition. In his role as a leader for a consulting firm, he prospected, marketed and sold products and services to Fortune 500 and mid-cap companies. In addition to having direct experience as a marketing and sales person, he has led other businesses in improving their capabilities in these areas. At one client, he facilitated top line growth working sessions to identify alternatives for consuming excess capacity with profitable new products. These sessions generated alternatives with an incremental revenue impact of $40 million.
Mr. Crouse came to CRP from George Group Consulting where he was Vice President and responsible for business development, executive training, assessments and execution of corporate-wide improvement initiatives. He pioneered the development of George Group,s Lean Six Sigma offering and led the first deployments of what has become the foundation for that business. Previously, Mr. Crouse was a submarine officer on board ballistic missile submarines.
