   Harry L. Crouse has over 27 years of experience in the fields of environmental and geological consulting. Prior to establishing Crouse & Company in January 1992, Mr. Crouse was an Executive Vice President and Director of American Waste Services, Inc. (AWS), in Warren, Ohio. He was also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Earth Sciences group of companies which formed the technical services branch of AWS. Mr. Crouse was a founder of the Earth Sciences group of companies including Earth Sciences Consultants, Inc. (an environmental and solid waste consulting firm), Antech Ltd. (an environmental testing laboratory), and CRS, Inc. (an environmental remediation firm). The Earth Sciences group of companies was founded in 1979 and grew over the next 11 years to revenues of approximately 20 million dollars with over 180 personnel. Prior to forming the Earth Sciences companies in 1979, Mr. Crouse worked for D'Appolonia Consulting Engineers, Inc. for several years. He also has experience in mineral exploration and development including coal exploration in North and South America, and heavy metal and uranium exploration and development in the eastern and western United States.
