   Graham Crouse, president of Limerick Golf Club, said he's losing money because customers just can't get to his business, which includes a golf course, The Sand Trap sports pub and The Loft banquet room.
   
   "This is hurting our business very much," Crouse said. "Obviously, I'm a seasonal business.
