   The founder and president of DaVinci Technologies is Dr. Gil Crouse, Jr.Gil has a BS degree from Wheaton College in Physics and MS and PhD degrees from the University of Maryland in Aerospace Engineering.Prior to forming DaVinci Technologies, Gil worked primarily in the defense industry starting with his work at the University of Maryland as a US Army Rotorcraft Fellow and later at McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, and most recently as a Division Scientist at BBN Technologies.His specific areas of expertise include software development, computational analysis, fixed wing and rotary wing aerodynamics, and aeroelasticity.In addition to his work with DaVinci Technologies, Gil is also an officer and former board member of the IntelliCAD Technology Consortium and on the board of advisors of Technology Empowerment Inc.
