   The current Executive Director of GACPD , Cindy Crouse-Martin , has held that position for less than three years. During Ms. Crouse-Martin's tenure , there have been a number of notable changes in the agency's organization and service delivery.
   
   Among the agency's strengths are the following : an extremely dedicated and skilled staff ; improvements in the development of goals and priorities regarding advocacy initiatives ; a greatly enhanced legal staff ; a dedicated and involved Board of Directors ; established working relationships with state mental health service providers ; effective access to residents of psychiatric facilities and their records ; a state of the art system regarding client intake ; a disability rights hotline and an attorney chatline ; and excellent internal electronic communication systems.
