Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis

As Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for SunGard Availability Services, Scott Crouch is responsible for the development of the company's annual financial plans, implementation of ongoing reporting and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and execution of the company's acquisition program. In addition to the FP&A organization, Scott oversees a financial operations team of 50 individuals responsible for functions such as order processing, accounts receivable management and development and administration of sales compensation programs.

During his tenure with SunGard Availability Services, Scott has played a key role in the division's aggressive growth initiatives, coordinating the evaluation of numerous acquisition candidates. He led the business case development and due diligence for purchases such as Inflow (2005), VeriCenter (2007) and Strohl Systems (2008).

A 15-year veteran of SunGard Data Systems, Scott has held a variety of financial positions of increasing responsibility, including SDS Manager of Treasury Operations, Finance Director of SunGard's Healthcare Information Systems Group, and Controller of Availability Services' eSourcing and Planning Solutions business units.

Prior to joining SunGard, Scott held financial positions at Unisys and Aramark (formerly ARA Services).

Scott holds a master's degree in business administration from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Scranton.
