Crouch is entering his second year with the Blaze, and first year as the Head Equipment Manager.Crouch oversees the day-to-day maintenance and operation of all the team's equipment and uniforms.Prior to the Blaze, Crouch worked in the automotive repair business for two years.Crouch also served in the army for three years where he spent seven months in the Middle East as a part of "Operation Iraqi Freedom". In Crouch's free time, he enjoys spending time with his 3-year-old son, Ashton.He also enjoys playing video games with friends, and any activity involving sports.Crouch has always been an avid baseball fan; however, with the recent scandals in the sport, basketball is quickly becoming the second favorite behind football.
