   Started his career at BNFL as a mechanical apprentice. Subsequently promoted through the HVAC and Building Services Design Group to Lead Engineer. On leaving BNFL Martin joined firstly, ICI, Alderley Park to gain valuable Pharmaceutical experience, then as Contracts Manager for Howarth Air Tech, handling UK and European multimillion pound contracts for the pharmaceutical and hospital industries. After ten years of being with Howarth Air Tech, joined Raytheon as Project Manager for Building Services, working in St. Petersburg, Russia. On returning to the UK invited to join Washington International as the Building Services Manager. Since joining the Alpha Group Main Board of Directors, Martin has been responsible for developing Alpha Engineering as a respected HVAC/M&E Services Consultancy in the Nuclear, Pharmaceutical, Specialist Research and Commercial Markets.
