   Originally from Charlotte , N.C. , Mr. Crouch is the Wireless Technology Manager for the South Carolina Budget & Control Board's Division of the Chief Information Officer (CIO).Mr. Crouch's responsibilities include Administration of the Statewide 800 MHz Public Safety radio and mobile data system, grants administration, management of the state's communications towers, and South Carolina 's Emergency Communications Coordination.
   
   Currently Mr. Crouch is the Administrator of the Statewide 800 MHz Public Safety Radio System, Coordinator for the State's Emergency Communications Response Team, serves on the State's 800 MHz Advisory Committee, the State's Counter Terrorism Coordinating Council Communications Committee, S.C. Legislative Liaison Officer for U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary (7 th District) and 700 and 800 MHz Frequency Coordination Committee.
   
   Mr. Crouch's career includes Director of Communications/911 for Spartanburg County , Director of Emergency Services/911 for Marlboro County , Manager of the Statewide Radio System for SCANA Communications, President of the South Carolina APCO Chapter and Chairman of the South Carolina 800 MHz Advisory Committee.
