   Brent played for 3 years at Texas A&M University, and then pursued professional beach volleyball earning a "AAA" ranking and competing on the AVP Qualifier Tour.At the same time, he earned a Master¹s degree from Texas A&M and a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon.He has coached at both the high school and collegiate levels.As head coach, he guided the University of Oregon men¹s team to a top 15 finish at Club Nationals in 2005, and led his Wave 15 team to a 9th place finish in the Open Division at JOs in 2006.He currently currently holds a joint appointment in the Departments of Health and Exercise Science and Philosophy at San Diego City College, and is also the head men¹s volleyball coach at SDCC.

   Brent Crouch Named Head Coach
   
   Brent Crouch has been named head coach of the brand new men's volleyball program at San Diego City College. Crouch competed at Texas A&M University and is currently a player in the Association of Volleyball Professionals.In 2005, he coached the University of Oregon men's volleyball team to a 15th place finish in Division 1-AA.He has a multitude of high school, club and camp experience.At the end of this summer, Crouch will have completed his Ph.D. in Philosophy.
