According to Fotolog CEO Michael Crotty, Rachel Glickman, who most recently served as Vice President, Global Marketing, for Time Warner, will join the Fotolog as Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, while Andrea "Andi" Fenster, the former Director of Strategic Staffing at Liz Claiborne, Inc., will serve as Vice President, Human Resources.

"Fotolog has grown from three million to nearly four million members in just the past two months and it now boasts more than 1.6 billion page views a month," said CEO Michael Crotty.

The hires mark the first major appointments made by Crotty since he became CEO in May.Prior to joining Fotolog, Crotty was the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Promotion at Bergdorf Goodman and had previously served as Vice President of Marketing for Neiman Marcus Direct.Crotty succeeded Fotolog co-founder Adam Seifer, who is now the company's Chief Product Officer.

According to Crotty, Glickman brings to Fotolog more than 20 years of advertising, sales, and business development experience with many of the world's leading media brands.
