   CHESAPEAKE, VA - April 28, 2004 - IntelliSafe Technologies, a division of Compass Technology Management, is pleased to announce that David Croston has joined IntelliSafe as Director, Business Development. In this role, Mr. Croston will be responsible for developing new opportunities for the IntelliSafe Vault and its two end-user applications, the Faster Than eXpress Web application and the IntelliSafe Vault Desktop for Microsoftâ„¢ Office. The IntelliSafe Vault is a secure document management solution to assist enterprises with operational and regulatory compliance, such as HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley. Microsoftâ„¢ featured the IntelliSafe Vault as a smart client application during their recent Microsoft Office 2003â„¢ launch.
   
   Mr. Croston has an extensive and impressive track record in the IT industry, especially in the "PKI and Security" niche. Most recently he was the Managing Partner of The PKI Group based in Newport, Rhode Island. The PKI Group has built a reputation as a leading provider of public key infrastructure (PKI) management tools and consulting services. Mr. Croston worked for several years for the State of Rhode Island as Founder & Director of the Science & Technology Group.
