His primary responsibility has been the education of builders and developers in energy efficient design, construction techniques and installation of energy efficient appliances. Marketing of energy efficient concepts has focus around the various energy efficient programs Tampa Electric Company has offered to the builders, developers and new homebuyers. He has also participated, as a facilitator, in numerous "Buy Green and Save" and "Build Green and Profit" classes held in the Tampa Area.
