   Russ was hired by Ron Blue in 1980 as the second employee of the newly founded firm.

   As President/CEO, Russ is active in developing strategic initiatives and oversees the management and overall direction of the firm.
   
   Prior to his current position Russ served as Executive Director of The National Christian Foundation (NCF). NCF is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public foundation that provides fund accounting and administration services and exists to glorify God by serving and empowering faithful stewards to give wisely and abundantly for the advancement and enlargement of the Kingdom of God.
   
   Russ is the author of two books, Money & Your Marriage and A Life Well Spent, has been a featured speaker in many venues including Promise Keepers, and often appears as a guest on radio shows. He and his wife, Julie, have led seminars around the country on the subject of money, marriage, and communication.
   
   Russ graduated in 1977 from Kansas State University with a BS in Mathematics and a Masters degree in Education. He taught mathematics for three years in the public school system.
   
   Russ and Julie reside in Atlanta, Georgia with their three sons.
