Coach Crossley returns to the Tigers as a former player and assistant coach. He started his coaching career while in his second year of the combined Physical Education and Education programs at Dalhousie (1984-90) as part of a course requirement and he has been coaching since.

Outside of his time as a Dal assistant in 1991, Brad has coached 2 years of Junior A and 15 seasons of Major Midget Hockey. Along the way he has helped guide his teams to a Royal Bank Cup National Championship, four National Midget Hockey Championship appearances, and numerous Provincial and Atlantic Championships. He also appeared as a guest coach with the Canadian World Juniors for a ten day stint while they were in Halifax in 2002.

Coach Crossley is passionate about winning hockey games and also about winning fans and positioning the team to compete for titles.

Outside the rink, Brad has competed in numerous Olympic distance triathlons and three ironman triathlons and today still maintains a high level of fitness. He has run his own hockey camp program in Dartmouth and looks forward to growing the Dalhousie Superskills Hockey Program for children and adults.

Brad lives in Cole Harbour with his wife Leslie (BPE/BED '90) and four children who are all hockey players: Alexis (13), Haley (11), Brett (9) and Brady (6).
