John Crossin is the Director of Acquisitions for Hartman Management.In this capacity, he directs an experienced staff of Acquisition Managers and real estate analysts in contacting and tracking commercial real estate brokers and owners regarding potential acquisitions.

Mr. Crossin has a B.S. degree in Business Management / Finance from Scranton Jesuit University and did graduate study in Business administration at Temple University Graduate School of Business in Philadelphia, PA.Mr. Crossin has more than 30 years of experience in leasing, marketing, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate including office, industrial and retail properties with C B Richard Ellis, Grub & Ellis and Crossin & Company.

Hartman made the acquisition because of the location and price, said John Crossin, Hartman Management's chief investment officer.

"And we like the heck out of Dallas," he said."The numbers are starting to happen from an economic and job standpoint.

"And office rents are going to start going up over the next three or four years," he said.

"We are now committed to almost a half-million square feet of office space on LBJ," Mr. Crossin said.

Kwok and John Crossin of Hartman handled the deal in conjunction with Jeff Hollinden of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.

John Crossin is chief investment officer for Hartman Management, a related firm.

Construction headaches didn't worry John Crossin, whose company is buying a second office project near the southwest corner of the two freeways.

"When nobody wants them -- that's when I want to buy them," said Mr. Crossin, acquisition manager for Houston-based Hartman Management.
