Crossen Vice President and General Counsel Mr. Crossen comes to Endwave after nearly five years as Senior Counsel at APX Incorporated of Santa Clara, a private Internet commerce company in the wholesale energy sector. Prior to APX, he spent 17 years at ESL Incorporated, a subsidiary of TRW's Space and Defense Group now owned by Northrop-Grumman. While there, Crossen excelled at a variety of contract management, project management, and Total Quality management assignments. Concurrently, he is a Senior Faculty Member (Law) at the University of Phoenix, and a retired Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve. A San Francisco Bay Area native, Mr. Crossen earned a B.A. with honors from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from Santa Clara University Law School.

Mr. Crossen received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law.
