Kirk E. Cross Customer Support Manager
Kirk E. Cross believes that the fundamental element of good customer service is an attitude of genuine helpfulness.He began his career with RelWare in 2001 and became manager of RelWare's Customer Support Department in June 2006.As Customer Support Manager, Kirk ensures that our applications are running smoothly in all of our implementations and that all customer support issues are handled promptly and professionally.
Kirk has several years of experience in both the medical field and in customer service.He has served as a US Army medic where he earned the Department of the Army Expert Field Medical Badge, and held a State of Michigan Emergency Medical Technician License and a National Registry Emergency Medical Technician License.He is also certified as a State of Michigan Firefighter I. Having served several years in the field of emergency medicine, he understands the nature of the medical industry.
