Kevin D. Cross, Director of Rooms, joined The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa in 2004 as Front Desk Manager and most recently served as Executive Facilities Services Manager.

He has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years throughout the Southeastern United States, primarily as property General Manager.

Kevin holds a Bachelors degree from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and is recognized by the American Hotel & Lodging Association as a Certified Hotel Administrator.
