Kenneth W. Crane , 74 , Sarasota , died Aug. 9 , 2001
He was born April 4 , 1927 , in Hackensack , N.J. , and came to Sarasota five years ago from Penn Yan , N.Y..He was a sales engineer.He graduated from Davis and Elkins College in Elkins , W.Va..He was a Navy veteran of World War II.He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife , Ruth ; a daughter , Bonnie McQuade of West Milford , N.J. ; a son , Jef of Black Rock County near Dublin , Ireland ; and six grandchildren.
Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home , Sarasota , is in charge.
