Miss Mary A. Craig

Craig, who was a prominent officer in the Indian war during the early settlement of West Tennessee.Our subject was but thirteen, years of age when his father moved to Shelby County, Tenn.He was educated in the county, attending New Salem Academy.He has been practicing medicine since 1859.In March, 1860, he graduated in medicine at Cincinnati, and afterward graduated from the Memphis Medical College.
