Jeffrey Cox's distinguished career of 34 years in public education includes management, coordination, and program implementation.In all of his positions, Mr. Cox has emphasized promoting strong, positive relationships among partners within the school community.

Recently, Mr. Cox has provided guidance and coordination to school districts in community building and positive relationships within the school communities.For ten years, Mr. Cox worked with more than ten school districts throughout California.He has trained staff in interest-based decision-making processes, and he serves as a facilitator for group problem-solving, including bargaining units in contract negotiations.Mr. Cox specializes in negotiations, employee/employer relations, interest-based bargaining, and problem-solving training for TSS.

Mr. Cox holds a bachelor of arts in history from San Diego State University and a master of science in education from Indiana State University.
