Cousins joins Renaissance from the Mission Housing Development Corporation where she served as development director for two years.She earned a bachelor's degree from Williams College in Massachusetts and lives in Oakland.

Kirvin has been with Renaissance for four

years, serving as the development director.She earned a master's degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a bachelor's degree from Juanita College.She currently resides in San Francisco with her husband and her 2-year-old son.
