Season's Harvest Sous Chef Timothy Cousino, who has a combined 10 years at Turning Stone, worked his way up the ranks from being a cook.
A graduate of Fayetteville-Manlius High School, Cousino started a diner in Manlius called Buzzy's and worked for a few grocery stores before starting his career at Turning Stone.Although he left after 5 years to open a popular chain restaurant in Oneida, Cousino returned to help supervise Season's Harvest's staff.
"My goal is to maintain the quality of food that goes out to the public and make sure our staff gives 110 percent, making sure the buffet is an enjoyable experience for every one who visits," he explained.
Cousino said it was his grandfather who got him interested in cooking."Whenever I would visit he would let me help out," he recalled.

This move helps keep them focused and allows chefs to hone new skills, "So there is always something new to look forward to," Cousino, who currently manages the American station, said.
