Work for Clients

Mr. Courchesne has advised clients on compliance and enforcement matters under the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, CERCLA, the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and Massachusetts Chapter 21E.He also provides assistance on brownfields redevelopment issues and client litigation under the Clean Water Act in administrative and judicial proceedings.

Mr. Courchesne is a member of the Boston and American Bar Associations.He participates in the Boston Bar Association Lawyer for a Day program in the Boston Housing Court.

Cordy of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.During law school, he completed internships at the Massachusetts Attorney General,s Office (Environmental Crimes Strike Force), the Environmental Protection Agency Region 1, the Community Enterprise Project at the Hale & Dorr Legal Services Center, and the Conservation Law Foundation.Mr. Courchesne currently serves as an associate member of the Planning Board for the town of Grafton, Massachusetts.
