William CotterWilliam came to Tec-Ed in 1985 after working in hotel management for 10 years.As Facilities Coordinator, William works closely with the various service providers to keep Tec-Ed's internal plant running smoothly.He is lead recruiter for Tec-Ed's usability studies.

William has a Bachelor's degree from The University of Michigan and a Master's from Eastern Michigan University.
