   Realizing a need for local medical health physics services, Jeremy Corwin created Corwin Health Physics Inc in 2000. The corporation is solely owned by Jeremy, a board-certified medical health physicist.
   
   Jeremy has been providing physics services since 1993. His first 6 years were spent in the US Army, stationed initially at a health physics-consulting agency (US Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine - Europe) in Germany. His career as a Captain was completed after several years as a medical health physicist at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington, assisting with the health physics management of the large x-ray, nuclear medicine and radiation therapy departments.
   
   Jeremy is certified by the American Board of Health Physics. He is listed as a "qualified expert" with Washington State Department of Health Radiation Protection Division, and he meets the stringent qualifications as a medical physicist for the performance of MQSA-related mammography system evaluations. Jeremy is an approved qualified expert and medical health physicist for Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, and Alaska.
   
   Jeremy and his wife Laurie are blessed with seven wonderful children.
