Two page (8.5" x 11")double-spaced essay in English explaining why you should be selected for a BKF position 3. 400-600 character essay in Japanese written by hand (Suggested topics include how your previous experience in Japan and your study of the language have influenced your life and how you plan to use the BKF experience to further your future goals, but applicants may write about any topic) 5. Photograph (passport size, head shot)
