    Conceptis Technologies welcomes Harry Corvese

Harry B Corvese Sr has joined Conceptis Technologies as Director, Business Development, US Operations. He will be located at our new offices in Philadelphia. Harry comes to us after spending 5 years with the American Heart Association, where he held the position of Senior Marketing Manager of Professional Education and was responsible for developing the business unit for one the AHA's priority initiatives. During his tenure with the AHA, he was also the Director of Corporate Relations for the Philadelphia region. Prior to this, Harry was the Executive Director of The Private Employers Council on Reemployment Assistance, a pilot joint venture between the Department of Labor and Industry, under Robert Reich, and Fortune 500 corporations. The organization's mission was to educate businesses on the Americans with Disabilities Act and to create partnerships to allow individuals to return to the workforce with minimal resistance.

Mr. Corvese holds degrees in Communications and Education from Emerson College (Boston) and Temple University (Philadelphia). He has completed graduate curriculum in the areas of Business Management at Pennsylvania State University and most recently in the field of Best Practices in Continuing Education for Healthcare Professionals at Harvard University. He is also a member of the Alliance for Continuing Medical Education and the National Society of Fund Raising Executives.

Harry brings a unique personal perspective to our company as one of the first international recipients of the innovative electronic left ventricular assist device (LVAD) in 1994, and is a completely recovered heart transplant recipient. Therefore, his passion for Medical Education is personally and professionally based.

He spends most of his spare time with his family, wife Doreen, and his two sons, Harry, Jr., 11 and Matthew, 22 months (born post transplant).
