   Dr. Corts is a native North Carolinian.He received his masters and doctor of philosophy degrees from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky and did additional external doctoral studies at the University of Oxford in England.He earned his baccalaureate degree in politics from Wake Forest University.Coming from a heritage of recognized evangelical Christian leaders, Dr. Corts has a deep commitment to effective and faithful expository preaching of the Word of God and is a frequent Bible conference speaker across the United States.
   
   For thirteen years, Dr. Corts served as a senior pastor to churches in Charleston, South Carolina and Greenville, South Carolina.Currently, he serves as Director of ShareLife Ministries, a non-profit organization established in 1994 to assist pastors and churches with training and mentoring in critical areas of ministry including evangelism, pastoral leadership, conflict resolution, congregational care, and discipleship.To date, ShareLife has trained and mentored over 300 pastors in the Carolinas.
   
   Dr. Corts and his wife, Cheryl, met in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and were married in 1982.
