   Mr. Cortez-Rucker, as well as having a successful family life, is also a colored educator and administrator with a Masters Degree of Public School Administration and being only two chapters away from receiving his PhD. of Public Administration, not to mention his 15 years of administrative management in prior school districts.
   
   Coming into the Chatham School District Mr. Cortez-Rucker has some ingenious ideas and visions that will undoubtedly buoy up the district, its staff and students. Mr. Cortez-Rucker named three sources through which funds for school districts come.
