   Mr. Corte brings to NOBSKA Ventures more than 30 years experience leading large, complex, international business and technology initiatives undertaken by Fortune 500 companies. He has held senior corporate business development level positions in several multi-billion dollar international companies to include Grumman, CSC, Raytheon, and SAIC. Serving in these positions, Corte developed extensive experience in government, DOD, DHS, and commercial procurement processes. He has recommended several successful M&A's and has directed initiatives that have achieved more than $5 billion in technology and systems integration contracts. He is expert in moving corporations and organizations into new markets or expanding in existing industries.
   
   In 1992, Corte formed ORBITRON© Corporation in McLean, VA., an organization of 10 very senior associates that advise Fortune 500 Companies in international strategic business development and technology planning. Corte also serves as Chairman of Total Learning Research Institute (TLRI), a non-profit education and leadership development organization that has developed advanced programs that center on NASA's methodology of distributed team-based solving of very complex problems. TLRI has received a 2006 Congressional appropriation to install and integrate their SpacExplorers© program in 10 educational institutions. Corte is also a Senior Associate of FBA, Inc., a 25 year US Government relations firm based in DC that has placed more than $1 billion in advanced technology initiatives for its clients. He serves on the Board of Directors/Trustees and a 20 year member of the National Defense Industrial Association which is the premier organization that address issues between industry and DOD. He also chairs the International Committee and is a charter member of the Homeland Security Division.
   
   Since 2000 Corte has been developing what is believed to be the only systems of systems architecture for a secure "Global Commerce System"© (GCS) business to capture an estimated multi-billion dollar market. Various DHS, DOD, port authorities and international maritime organizations are well aware of this system.
   
   Mr. Corte holds an MBA in International Finance and Business. His earlier background includes advanced CS/IT and high-performance computing systems and laboratories for US Government and commercial clients. He has developed several corporate infrastructures. Corte holds an active DOD TS clearance.

   Peter Corte is a Senior Associate of FBA, Inc. He brings to the firm more than 30 years experience as a manager of large, complex technology initiatives undertaken by Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining FBA, Corte served in Corporate/Business Development with Raytheon Corporation and for ten years was Corporate Vice President/Corporate Development at SAIC. Serving in these, and other, positions, Corte developed extensive experience in government procurement processes, and directed successful proposals in technology and systems integration programs totaling more than $5 billion in contracts.
   
   In addition to holding senior positions in several prominent international corporations, Corte has founded and directed several private ventures. In 1993, Corte founded Orbitron Corporation in McLean, Virginia, an organization that provides consulting services in international business development and strategic planning. Under his leadership, Orbitron developed Educational Re-engineering Ô and Cultural Change Initiative Ô methodologies which address management education and organizational change strategies for very large corporations and government agencies. He has also served as Chairman of Total Learning Research Institute (TLRI), a not for profit education and leadership development organization based on NASA principles and educational methodologies. Over the past ten years, TLRI has developed advanced programs dealing with team-based solving of very complex problems, the capture of knowledge and its dissemination through distributed / distant learning technologies and protocols.
   
   Currently, Mr. Corte is developing a system of systems approach for "Global Integrated Transportation and Security System"Ô (GITSS) business. This strategic initiative has the potential to form the framework of a very large global maritime and intermodal transportation, C4I, asset inspection and tracking, and homeland security/defense system that will require large port modernization efforts. GITSS has been presented to various DHS, DoD, state, port authorities, architectural and engineering firms, international maritime organizations, and congressional staff. The IT architecture to support GITSS is in development. The genesis of GITSS occurred two years prior to 9/11.
   
   Mr. Corte holds an MBA in International Finance and Business and has done post-graduate work in International Systems Integration. His earlier background includes computer science applications, international IT systems, high-performance computing systems and laboratories for Government and commercial clients. Additionally, he has designed/developed several corporate infrastructures. Mr. Corte also holds a TS clearance.
