"These are going to be very comparable to what we'll have in Haddon Township," said Fieldstone's Art Corsini Jr.
...
The retail space would take up the first floor of two four-story buildings along Haddon Avenue, Corsini said.
...
That would allow the company to erect another building, identical to the two planned for Haddon Avenue, which would improve traffic throughout the site, Corsini said.
But Franco Tarantini sold his restaurant so there is a new owner to deal with and Billy Harner, the barber who runs Perk's Place, said he won't move.
That means the township might have to use eminent domain to acquire the properties, something Fieldstone is trying to avoid.
"We, as a company, don't want to use eminent domain," Corsini said.
