    A preliminary site assessment suggests it "could be alleviated or resolved," said Arthur Corsini, principal for Fieldstone Associates of Doylestown, Pa.

    Fieldstone plans to spend $300,000 to $400,000 on engineering studies to examine the flooding problems and potential remedies.Those studies should be completed by springof 2006, Corsini said.

    "We believe flooding could be alleviated or resolved.But until we do full engineering studies on this, we won't know for sure," Corsini said.
